Queenslander Tours: I must tell you that the recent trip to Branson, Mo that I booked with you was simply fabulous. It was my second trip with you, and once again you have exceeded my expectations.  I flew in from the east, and the coach met me in Springfield.  The entire coach welcomed me aboard.  There is such a family feeling to your tours, and as a woman living alone it is a very nice touch.  This was my first time meeting Sherry and Julia, but they, like Mark were perfect hosts, and once again Mark did a wonderful job matching me up with a roommate.  Don the coach driver even singled me out for a chat.  I have never felt so welcomed in any trip I have done.  Of course, the shows were spectacular!  There was something for everybody, but my favorite by far was The Lowe Family of Utah.  I have already told Mark that I plan on Branson again next year, plus I will be traveling to Alaska with him.  Your company offers a personal touch that I have not found in others.  That plus the family atmosphere and reasonable prices will keep me coming back to you in the future.

Mark, I can't begin to tell you how much fun we had on our cruise of 10/2/2005.  You and your lovely wife were such a gracious and charming host and hostess.  I will highly recomment Queenslander Tours to all of my friends.  Please tell Sherry hello and thanks for all of her help.  Happy Red Hatting to you, SIR DUKE!!!!!!

 Let me say how delightful it has been to do business with you.  The recent cruise I booked with you to the Caribbean was the most FUN vacation!  Mark and Sherry were so helpful with any and all questions I had, plus they did everything they could to assist with plan changes due to the recent damage caused by Katrina.  It was such a pleasure to meet Mark and his lovely wife Courtney; they are such a delightful couple, and such wonderful  hosts.  They both took such good care of me, and did what they could to keep events operating smoothly.  I was also pleased with the follow-up--I received an email from Mark welcomimg me home within 24 hours after we docked.  It made a very nice personal touch.  This was my first Red Hat trip, and it was such a wonderful experience.  I certainly will look to Queenslander Tours when planning future trips, whether they be Red Hat or not.
