Dear Mark,

Now that we have all returned safely and have once again taken up our respective appointments, I feel a need to sit down and write you regarding the tour to Australia.

I know that you have not been working with the travel business very long, especially considering your age, and this serves to confirm my feelings with respect to the great amount of organization and preparation that went in to the planning. I have been on many tours in my life and have had the chance to lead tours that have been organized by independent agents, and considering the amount of travel that we undertook and the occasional isolation that we were a part of, I can say without reservation that I was continually impressed and amazed at the quality and performance of you and your staff. The hotels were exceptional, the flights and transfers for our part were smooth, and the tours and tour guides were first class. All the tour participants were very pleased with the tour and this was indicated recently at our reunion when people travelled as far as Texas and Alabama for a four-hour reunion.

I would not hesitate in highly recommending Queenslander to anyone that might be considering the position of host.
