Benefits:	PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR YOUR TOUR (what's the difference between a tour and group?): CMT will create flier brochures detailing the Tour you're hosting. Your responsibility is to actively market your tour through distribution of your brochures and make it known that you are hosting a group to the given destination. Once you get your tour member to commit by making a deposit, CMT will work with the contact to get them enrolled in the tour. PASSENGER INFORMATION: After the deposit is received by CMT, a receipt is mailed to the passenger along with a billing statement and details on the tour that will answer most questions about weather, clothing, passports, insurance, etc. Prior to departure each tour member will receive a CMT flight bag, umbrella or other quality CMT branded gift.

PAYMENTS : CMT will assist you in your Group payment plan with the final payment due 30-60 days prior to departure (dependent upon trip requirements).

INTERNET ADVERTISING: If applicable, CMT will publish your tour free of charge on our website along with your photo and an invitation from you to prospective tour members.

FINAL DOCUMENTS: Approximately 30 days prior to departure, each participant will receive a document folder containing their airline tickets, itinerary, final details, name badge, luggage tags, CMT Tours branded gift if applicable, travelers insurance (optional), passenger name list of all participants on the tour and rooming list (for Group/Tour leader only). You will receive a list of airline ticket numbers for group, check for gratuities with instructions, and any other pertinent items CMT deems necessary for you to fulfil your role as host.

What's the difference between a Group and a Tour Group?
A Group is a minimum of 10 passengers that CMT has arranged airfare or other travel needs. A Tour Group is a group of minimally 10 passengers that CMT has organized airfare and land arrangements such as hotels, sightseeing, etc.
