Can you help me get my Passport?
Documentation for travel such as Passports or Visas are ultimately your responsibility. However, CMT partners with a Passport & Visa Service company that we recommend.

What about travel Insurance?
CMT provides travel insurance coverage through a variety of providers. Please inquire with your CMT specialist.

Are the tickets refundable?
Your CMT Travel Agent will advise you as to which tickets are refundable. Because of our buying-power, most of our tickets are flexible and provide greater ease of use for your ministry.

Can I use a Credit Card for payment?
Yes. CMT does not charge for using credit cards. However, many airlines are beginning to charge a 3% processing fee. Ask your CMT specialist about your arrangements.

What about Passports, Visas and other documentation?
Passports and Visas are the responsibility of the passenger. CMT is not responsible for your travel documentation.

What restrictions does CMT have on minor, under-aged travelers?
All Minors must have notarized permission from both parents or guardians to travel internationally. Please inquire with a CMT specialist for more details on this issue.

Who qualifies for CMT's specially-discounted rates?
Church workers, missionaries, medical missions and ministries, non-profit organizations and their families all qualify for CMT's specially-discounted rates. Inquire today to see if your organization qualifies.

What's the difference between a Group and a Tour Group?
A Group is a minimum of 10 passengers that CMT has arranged airfare or other travel needs. A Tour Group is a group of minimally 10 passengers that CMT has organized airfare and land arrangements such as hotels, sightseeing, etc.
